Best Fat Loss Secret

Hey people,

Here's a little video tip...

I hope you learnt a little something from this video, the information is huge!

This is literally the only way you'll get six pack abs so you need to really focus on what's going in.

I'm about to go to the gym for some cardio, I really dread my cardio days, they're easy but hard if that makes any sense.

Talk soon guys,

Mohammed

Another day, another loss!

Hey guys,

Another extremely intense workout today! I'm absolutely in love with the workout, the pump is amazing.

I worked out really hard today and I think I worked a little too hard. I think the reason may be because there were some pretty jacked-up guys in the gym today, and I just wanted to show 'em that I could work out REALLY hard.

It was kind of funny 'cause they had some awesome physiques themselves, yet they were staring at me when I was working out. At the time I thought I was because I 'looked' bigger than them, I generally have a big chest and I mentioned in the post yesterday that my shoulders had gone broader.

But thinking about it now, they probably thought I was crazy or something!

I feel sorry for most of the people at the gym though as they don't seem to know what they're doing, and there's literally zero intensity. I hope someday they come across Vince, he'll definitely punish them with some serious workouts, just like he's been torturing me and thousands of other 'lucky' people!

I just cheated and had some food my mom cooked, but I'm not bothered as every time I cheat, I seem to drop weight a lot faster. But I don't over do it, I cheat at the most around 3 times a week.

The only reason I started cheating, was because at the end of my second week, for some reason I hadn't lost anything. I was so depressed, I ended up indulging in so much crap, but I didn't over-feed. I thought it was the end of my six pack quest, but then... the next morning I felt very muscular, stronger and actually a lot lighter.

So I decided to check my body fat, and I'd lost 1.5 pounds of FAT! That's when I knew I need to start treating myself, and every time I do I feel so much more better, like now.

This works for me, but I'm not going to recommend it to anyone else as we're all very different, but it's worth trying though.

Anyway, I'd better wrap this up now as I got family coming around, going to get another earful of how dieting is wrong! The thing is I don't consider what I'm doing to be a diet, as I'm always satisfied, and I believe nobody can achieve anything in life, if it leads to stress and depression.

Have fun with whatever you do, and the results will follow.

Talk to you guys soon,

Mohammed

It's been a while!

Hey everyone,

I apologize for not blogging these past few weeks, I've been real busy trying to look for work and hardly ever got time to come online.

But the good news is that I'm still dropping fat, I'm now into my fourth week of My Six Pack Quest! Since starting, so far I've dropped 4.3 pounds of Fat and have gained 1.3 pounds of Lean Body Mass, which I am very happy with.

My first week I dropped 1.2 pounds, second week 1.5 pounds and third week 1.6 pounds.

I'm very happy with the progress I'm making, there's not much of a visual change but when family come around they're all like "Wow you look bigger!" which is weird as I'm dropping fat but for some reason I actually look a lot more muscular and my shoulders are getting more broader :)

I'm dropping fat at a steady pace and I feel really good now, at the end of my second week I really put myself down and almost gave up, so I knew I had to do something different.

Since then I've been 'cheating' quite a bit, but for some reason, every time I do cheat, I feel lighter and my muscle look more fuller. It's crazy!

I started doing cardio on my third week, I must admit I've never been too big on cardio and I hate it! I don't feel as if I do enough, yet when I'm on the treadmill I can't wait to get off on like the fourth minute!

My cardio output is at a minimum right now and I know I'm going to have to change that sooner or later.

I'm going to have my next meal now, brown rice with chicken breast, I'm going to try and do something creative with it so it tastes yummy!

I'll be blogging daily from now as I have the time.

Until then, Keep rockin'

Would anyone like to join me?

I must say, Vince DelMonte is an absolute genius!

If it was not for him I probably wouldn't be doing what I'm doing today.

For those of you who don't know who Vince DelMonte is, he is the author of both Your Six Pack Quest and No-Nonsense Muscle Building. His philosophies are phenomenal and are the same he applied to gain 41 lbs of rock solid muscle in under 6 months.

For the past few years Vince has been considered the world's top "Skinny-Guy" expert and now considered the world's top "Hard-Loser" expert after helping Peter Carvell get his six pack and lose 100 lbs in under 6 months.

This is the same program I'm following today and it really has changed my way thinking. The workouts are awesome! Very intense but they get the job done. Vince also added some meal plans and they are very good, nutritious and delicious!

If you aren't using his program to help you get your body back then I suggest you check him out, have a look at some of the success stories and make your decision today!

I'm planning on doing this program for 20 weeks, my end date would be 22nd August '09, I'll keep everyone posted DAILY!

Keep rocking,

Mohammed

Your Six Pack Quest - The only program that guarantees you a loss of up to 3.8 lbs of fat per week.

No-Nonsense Muscle Building - to build over 40 lbs of lean muscle mass in under six months

Definitely not easy!

Hey guys,

So I started my fat loss journey just this Sunday (5th April '09), and I'm not going to lie, it is very hard!!!

On Monday I done my first workout and it was sooo intense, there were 7 combos in total and I only managed to get through 3! I could barely walk home, I live like 2 minutes away from our local gym and it took me almost 20 minutes to get back... NO JOKE!

Yes I finally got home and I couldn't move at all, I ended up throwing up... ewww!

Funnily enough, I felt amazing later on in the day and so I decided to lower the intensity of the workouts. When I was writing out what I was going to do at the gym, it all looked easy on paper, but trust me, I'm never going to try and be a superhero again!

Anyway all has been going well, I worked out again yesterday and the pump was amazing, I've never felt anything like it before. The workouts are a lot of fun but very intense, I was in the gym for only 20 minutes!

I've also learnt to invest time in the gym, not spend time!

I'll post some pictures soon once I figure out a way how to put them on the computer!

I was slacking a little and had a bagel, and it was not on my meal plan but I'll make sure that doesn't happen again... Believe me I do regret it.

I'll keep you posted and let you all know how my day goes tomorrow.

Until then, keep shredding!
