So I measured my body fat and I lost a total of 2.2 pounds of fat last week!
I'm amazed with the results I'm getting and I always feel good at the end of every week when it's time to jump on the scale.
All the workouts are extremely hard and this week I really felt my abs working, I found it hard to get up whenever I'd lay down as I could feel my abs contracting and it was awesome/painful!
If you guys haven't felt like this then you haven't been working hard enough, when I think about it, it's only about 1 hours pain, 5 days a week and it really does pay off, the rewards are amazing.
I've never imagined myself having six-pack abs but ever since starting Vince's Program I now know it's completely possible and I feel so good every time I think about it.
I never feel as if I've 'worked out' until I feel as if I'm going to throw up and feel light headed, it's a painful feeling but very rewarding and I actually get a kick out of the feeling.
It's time for me to work my butt off in the gym and melt the fat.
